Finance & Strategy Analyst Intern – Wellness

About the role

We are looking for an analytically‑minded intern or recent graduate to join the Group team of one of Abu Dhabi’s longest‑running premium wellness brands. The role is hands‑on, focusing on finance, modelling and data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group team with financial analysis, modelling and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers and simple financial models such as P&L, unit economics and scenario analysis.
• Research markets, competitors and expansion opportunities relevant to the business.
• Prepare clear decks, one‑pagers and briefing notes for leadership.
• Assist with commercial and operational analysis across studios and group initiatives.

Required profile

• Current final‑year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy or a related quantitative field.
• Internship experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, PE/VC or consulting is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers daily.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• PowerPoint / Google Slides for clear communications.
