Finance Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join the newly opened Radisson Hotel Fujairah. The role combines strong financial oversight with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the accounting department, ensuring robust financial process control, efficiency, and scalability.
• Proactively address guest enquiries to improve satisfaction and comfort.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicate objectives, and accurately measure and report performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Manage the hotel budget and profit & loss performance, guaranteeing that all accounting functions are controlled, audited, and continuously improved.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard accounting practices, and relevant legislation, preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting.
• Strong supervisory and managerial abilities with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
