About the role

As a Waiter at Nobu, you will deliver exceptional dining service to guests in a high‑end, luxury restaurant environment. You will be responsible for ensuring every dish and beverage is presented to the highest standards while providing courteous, attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to Nobu’s standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu, including daily specials and promotional items.
• Monitor consistency and quality of dishes, promptly addressing any issues and escalating major concerns to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow and timing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve them efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a high‑end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Strong multitasking abilities and confidence when interacting with a diverse clientele.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or any European language is an advantage.
