Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Fitness Instructor you’ll deliver memorable experiences by leading fitness classes and ensuring guests enjoy a safe, motivating workout environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging fitness classes: deliver individual and group workouts that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals.
• Support safe exercise practice: monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed.
• Maintain industry knowledge: stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques.
• Support club operations: conduct opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment: keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure facility safety: assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage.
