Fit‑Out Project Manager – Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out projects across Dubai. The role combines hands‑on site leadership with commercial responsibility, overseeing projects from opportunity identification through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out projects from commercial opportunity to completion, reviewing scope, drawings and specifications.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and resource plans.
• Control project costs, variations, valuations and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, finishes, equipment and specialist subcontractors.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery according to programme and specifications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays and cost issues, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements and industry standards.
• Support business development by providing technical and commercial input during tenders and client discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering commercial interior fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of managing projects to high standards of quality, programme and budget.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and HSE standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clients, consultants, designers and suppliers.
