Food & Beverage Assistant – Mini Bar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to manage the mini‑bar operations at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience by maintaining stock, delivering excellent service and upholding the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish mini‑bar items according to the hotel’s standard operating procedures.
• Greet guests, respond to their requests and provide personalized service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the mini‑bar area and related equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with mise‑en‑place and overall service preparation before, during and after service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and deliver high‑quality service.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
