About the role

Join W Hotels as a Food & Beverage Service Apprentice and help create memorable dining experiences for guests on Yas Island. You will work alongside experienced Guest Service Experts, learning the full cycle of service from setting tables to delivering food and drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond to their needs promptly.
• Maintain a tidy work area, clean supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Uphold uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
