Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join the DoubleTree By Hilton Sharjah Waterfront team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and be the face of hospitality for our guests. You will lead daily banquet operations, ensuring every service moment reflects Hilton’s award‑winning standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all banquet and F&B service activities.
• Supervise, coach and schedule front‑of‑house staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks and manage waste control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
