Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves leading the F&B team to deliver high‑quality service across all outlets while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources for restaurant, in‑room dining and à‑la‑carte services.
• Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor house counts, forecasts and VIP lists and communicate updates across all outlets.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee food quality, presentation and timely service.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve satisfaction scores.
• Support team development through mentoring, training and performance coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, in‑room dining and à‑la‑carte operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with a passion for food and beverage.
