Food & Beverage Supervisor (Turkish)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor who is fluent in Turkish to join our team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. The role involves leading the F&B team to deliver high‑quality service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring teamwork and optimal service.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire and rectify any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning and securing the premises.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO compliance and cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, manage stock levels and requisition supplies.
• Oversee dining room seating, service flow, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Enforce company, safety and security policies and report incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and provide courteous service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage supervision within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
• Familiarity with health, safety and security procedures.
