About the role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead fit‑out and interior finishing projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring work meets quality standards, and coordinating construction teams on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise site operations and manage construction teams on fit‑out and interior finishing projects.
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guarantee work is executed according to specifications.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards throughout the execution phase.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fit‑Out and Interior Finishing industry.
- Proven track record of supervising site operations and managing construction teams.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
- Currently based in the UAE; previous UAE experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Construction drawing interpretation.
- Site supervision and team management.
