About the role

Join SAP in Dubai as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, where you will help design, develop, and operate AI‑native enterprise applications for global customers. This is an early‑career position that offers hands‑on experience with production‑grade, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cloud‑native applications that embed AI capabilities such as large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent‑based components.
• Collaborate with customer‑embedded delivery teams to understand business processes and technical landscapes.
• Implement features and integrations while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
• Support prototyping, testing, and iteration of AI solutions in real customer environments.
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions to grow your engineering expertise.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving deployed solutions for reliability.
• Contribute to reusable components, documentation, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and apply new techniques to enhance solution quality.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in software engineering with proficiency in Python.
