Freelance Sales Manager – Commission Based

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Sales Manager to work on a commission‑based model in Dubai. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn attractive commissions by leveraging your own network and sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the real‑estate and construction sectors.
• Generate leads through personal contacts, existing networks, and an established client database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, convert opportunities into successful sales, and meet agreed sales targets.
• Work independently, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Existing client database, professional network, or solid business connections.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Comfortable with a freelance, commission‑only arrangement.
