French Speaking Project Manager – Events

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead high‑profile events for luxury, fashion and retail brands in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end event projects that reflect the prestige of our clients while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of event projects, from client briefing through on‑site execution and post‑event reporting.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Coordinate internal departments (design, production, logistics) and external vendors (venues, suppliers, contractors) to meet brand standards.
• Maintain project checklists, track milestones and supervise site installations.
• Conduct site visits, pre‑production and production meetings to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Handle travel, logistics and documentation, including permits and approvals.
• Organise post‑event debriefs, evaluate team performance and create reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury or high‑end brand events.
• Fluent French and excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and multi‑disciplinary teams.
