Front Desk Agent

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Swissôtel Al Ghurair, a 620‑room luxury hotel in Dubai. As the central information contact, you will welcome guests, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless, 5‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome, register and process check‑ins for all arrivals, and update guest information in the system.
• Assist guests with general enquiries, delivering accurate and detailed information.
• Maintain prompt, attentive, and friendly service in line with LQA standards, monitoring guest feedback and performance.
• Stay informed about hotel products, services, facilities, and promotional activities.
• Uphold personal grooming standards and project a professional image of the hotel.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and relevant legislation.
• Deliver consistent 5‑star heartfelt service, fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel is an asset.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages (Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are a plus.
