Front Office Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at One&Only One Za'abeel, delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the brand’s promise to create joy. You will welcome arrivals, manage departures, and ensure every guest interaction is handled with precision and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a courteous and caring manner.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and verify payment methods following credit‑checking procedures.
• Process cashier transactions, post charges, and handle foreign‑currency exchange.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences, special requests, and availability.
• Maintain accurate guest records in property management systems (ALICE, SAGA, Opera).

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Experience using ALICE and SAGA systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
