Front Office Manager – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Front Office Manager – Russian Speaker supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front‑office functions at Dubai Parks & Resorts. The role involves supervising bell staff, switchboard operators and front‑desk agents to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, high guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the bell/door staff, switchboard, and guest services/front desk.
• Supervise staffing levels, ensuring service standards and financial targets are met.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Communicate business objectives, performance expectations and feedback to the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of check‑in/check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk or a related area, OR an associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty and a customer‑focused attitude.
