About the role
As a Telephone Operator you will act as a Guest Experience Expert, delivering a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay and ensuring every interaction feels part of a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, complete reports and handle guest transactions efficiently.
- Address guest requests, provide information about local attractions and share highlights of the area.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
