About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will lead the front desk team at Movenpick Hotel in Dubai, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role combines operational expertise with a genuine hospitality mindset to uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Front Office team throughout daily operations.
• Oversee Front Office procedures and brand standards, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Perform front desk duties as needed, including check‑in, check‑out, guest requests, and account inquiries.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group requirements, and room allocations.
• Manage shift coverage, roster planning, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a front office or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer‑focused attitude.
