Full Stack Developer

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer at Minimalist, you will design, build and maintain the company’s eCommerce platform and HRIS system, working closely with business stakeholders, designers and operations to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for the eCommerce website and HRIS platform.
• Build and enhance front‑end user interfaces that deliver seamless and responsive experiences.
• Develop and maintain back‑end services, APIs and database structures to support business operations.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize website performance, security, scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues across multiple systems.
• Integrate third‑party applications, payment gateways and external services.
• Develop new HRIS features such as employee lifecycle processes, reporting, attendance, leave management and other HR functions.
• Ensure data integrity, system security and compliance with company policies.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development frameworks and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Back‑end: Node.js, PHP, Python.NET or comparable technologies.
• Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Version control with Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments and deployment processes.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM or business management systems (highly desirable).
