Full-Time Waitress – Dubai

About the role

As a Waitress at ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel, you will deliver the full guest experience, providing personalized service from start to finish in line with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for food and beverage service and serve guests according to the hotel’s concept.
• Demonstrate brand standards in all interactions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Provide professional, friendly, and warm service, ensuring guests receive the complete restaurant experience.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu, beverage lists, and special promotions, answering guest questions accurately.
• Handle shift‑end reports, cash and non‑cash transactions, and follow safe cash‑handling procedures.
• Operate all outlet equipment safely and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by the manager to ensure total quality service.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with professional presentation and sophisticated communication.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written); a second language is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
• Previous service experience is an asset and availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work cohesively with team members.
• Calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times.
