Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences to VIPs, celebrities, and everyday guests.
• Utilise upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and drive outlet revenue.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in reputable international hotel chains or restaurant groups.
• Background in casual, fine‑dining, outdoor, in‑room, or banquet service environments.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
