FX Sales Conversion Agent (Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a native Tagalog speaker to join our Dubai team as an FX Sales Conversion Agent. You will turn high‑quality leads into active trading clients by promoting our Forex and CFD products and delivering a consultative sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD offerings to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into active traders using consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximize client conversion rates.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay informed on financial markets, trading products, and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while adhering to compliance standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
