General Manager – Beachfront Restaurant (Dubai)

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the General Manager for a new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s signature French‑Mediterranean experience in a premium waterfront setting, overseeing every aspect of the operation from the dining floor to strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire restaurant operation across all spaces, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Own revenue targets, budgets and full P&L accountability.
• Build, mentor and inspire a large, multi‑disciplinary team.
• Protect and elevate the LPM brand standards.
• Partner closely with culinary and bar leadership to drive menu excellence.
• Generate covers, manage VIP relations and deliver standout hospitality.
• Maintain rigorous standards for safety, compliance and quality.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial results.
• People‑first leadership style with strong team‑building capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of premium French‑Mediterranean dining concepts.
• Hands‑on, charismatic presence – comfortable on the floor and in strategy rooms.
• Hospitality degree; pre‑opening experience is a strong plus.
