General Manager Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and expand our real‑estate portfolio across the UAE. The role will oversee leasing, sales, and asset management while establishing a new in‑house brokerage unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations for leasing, sales, and property management across retail malls, residential, and office assets.
• Set up and scale a new brokerage unit, handling licensing, team recruitment, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Drive leasing performance and revenue growth while maintaining cost control and profitability.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the division.
• Develop and execute expansion plans, including new asset acquisition and market entry.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, brokers, and regulatory bodies (DLD, RERA).
• Lead, mentor, and grow the real‑estate team to meet growth objectives.
• Report directly to Group leadership on performance, market positioning, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of real‑estate experience with exposure to retail (mall), residential, and office leasing in Dubai.
• Proven experience setting up or running a brokerage operation and familiarity with RERA/DLD licensing.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial performance.
• Experience leading expansion or growth strategies within a real‑estate portfolio.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai/UAE market and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; RERA certification preferred.
