General Practitioner (GP) – Full-Time

About the role

RamaCare Polyclinic is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The GP will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote preventive health in a modern, patient‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations and medical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses following evidence‑based guidelines.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications and order/interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Provide preventive services such as health screenings, vaccinations and lifestyle counselling.
• Manage medical emergencies within the clinic and ensure timely referrals to specialists.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with DHA regulations and infection‑control standards.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, therapists and other staff to deliver multidisciplinary care.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognised institution.
• Valid DHA licence or eligibility letter for General Practice.
• Minimum two years of post‑internship clinical experience.
• Experience treating patients of all ages and familiarity with insurance documentation.
• Professional appearance, ethical conduct and commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of clinical coding and insurance documentation processes.
