General Practitioner – Primary Care Physician

About the role

M42 is seeking a qualified General Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary care across its global network. You will assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of medical conditions while ensuring a patient‑centred experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough assessments, physical examinations and medical evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Promote preventive health through screenings, vaccinations and education.
• Identify patients needing specialist referral and coordinate continuity of care.
• Interpret laboratory, radiology and other diagnostic test results.
• Manage common medical emergencies and stabilize patients when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to infection‑prevention, patient‑safety and quality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, quality‑improvement initiatives and on‑call duties.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD or equivalent) with an accredited internship.
• Valid DOH General Practitioner license.
• 2‑3 years post‑internship clinical experience, preferably in primary, family, emergency or internal medicine.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centred care.
