General Technician Engineer

About the role

As a General Technician Engineer at Hilton in Dubai, you will ensure the hotel’s facilities are safe, functional and welcoming for guests. You will be the first line of response for maintenance requests, delivering quick and reliable solutions that keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring all systems operate safely.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders, prioritising urgent issues.
• Perform repairs across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs before they become problems.
• Document all inspections, repairs and any follow‑up actions in the maintenance system.
