Global Human Resources Director

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Global Human Resources Director will lead a workforce of over 800 professionals across multiple continents during a critical growth phase. The role requires a transformational leader to design and execute a global people strategy that professionalises HR operations and drives cultural change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the global HR team, redefining structure and reporting lines for efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of a distributed HR function, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service across all territories.
• Manage global compensation, payroll alignment and benefits to stay competitive and compliant.
• Direct end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding for software and managed‑services talent.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Maintain accurate people data and provide HR analytics for headcount, turnover and engagement reporting.
