About the role
Graduate Instrumentation & Control Engineer supporting Penspen’s engineering team on projects and within the business. The position offers structured training to develop core engineering knowledge, familiarize with international codes and standards, and progress from concept design to detailed design.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the engineering team on projects and business activities.
- Learn basic engineering concepts and processes.
- Familiarize with international codes, standards and engineering practices.
- Develop design skills from concept through detailed design.
- Prepare non‑critical engineering design documents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control or a related engineering discipline.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team and a strong learning mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards.
- Ability to prepare engineering design documentation.
