About the role

Emirates NBD’s Priority Banking division is seeking a Graduate Trainee – Relationship Manager for UAE nationals. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with emerging affluent clients, handling their forex, liability and asset needs while delivering a high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients, ensuring service quality and addressing operational concerns.
• Achieve financial targets by selling and cross‑selling bank products, driving portfolio and asset growth, and processing forex transactions.
• Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and KYC regulations to protect the bank’s reputation.
• Maintain daily contact with portfolio clients to provide timely support and assistance.
• Maintain high service standards to positively influence CSAT scores.
• Complete mandatory training and certifications while observing punctuality and dress‑code policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Exposure to retail and wealth‑management banking activities.
