Graduate Valuer – Residential Valuations

About the role

Based in our Dubai office, the Graduate Valuer will support the Residential Valuation service line by conducting property valuations across the UAE and undertaking related research. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in residential property assessment and exposure to the professional standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior valuers with residential valuation assignments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations.
• Conduct property inspections and gather comparable market evidence.
• Prepare valuation reports in line with RICS guidelines.
• Research local property markets, legal case law and industry news.
• Maintain confidential client files, databases and reports.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Participate in events to promote the department and expand professional networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a RICS‑accredited programme.
• Strong interest in residential property valuation and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) as required by RICS.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of construction principles and building defects (advantageous).
