GRC Project & Factory Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GRC Project & Factory Supervisor to lead our GRC production line and oversee site installations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the entire workflow from mould fabrication to final on‑site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations, including mould making, fabrication, and detailing.
• Coordinate GRC installation activities on construction sites, ensuring alignment with shop drawings.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and coordination between engineers, supervisors, and field workers.
• Monitor production quality and enforce compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, production plans, and installation documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of GRC experience within the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing factory production and on‑site installation projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
