Growth Marketing Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Generalist to join our Business Bay team. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing system, driving paid campaigns, creative assets, funnels and automation while collaborating with specialists or freelancers as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build, review and optimise Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, briefs, visual mock‑ups and initial design drafts.
• Create landing pages, sales funnels, email sequences and supporting content.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate workflow and improve quality.
• Validate that all campaign elements, links, forms and reporting function correctly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketing experience beyond project coordination.
• Strong judgement on ads, copy, design and conversion optimisation.
• Confidence using AI‑driven marketing tools and modern automation workflows.
• Fluent English and availability for full‑time on‑site work in Dubai.
