About the role

First impressions matter at St. Regis Dubai. As a Guest Arrival Expert (Doorman) you will welcome guests upon arrival and see them off at departure, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Guide guests through check‑in and check‑out procedures, addressing any immediate requests.
• Handle operational tasks such as processing luggage, delivering messages, and completing required reports.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a safe and orderly entrance area, adhering to company policies and security standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.
