About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Concierge Agent at W Hotels in Abu Dhabi creates memorable, personalized stays for guests. Working on Yas Island, you will be the primary point of contact, guiding visitors through every step of their experience and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to personalized local recommendations.
- Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
- Ensure professional appearance, communication standards, and uniform compliance.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
