About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, seamless stays for hotel guests in Dubai. Working on the hotel floor, you will assist guests throughout their visit, ensuring every interaction adds value to their experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to personalized assistance.
- Process operational requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Maintain a safe, professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigating stairs or service ramps.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance.
