The Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai creates memorable, personalized moments for guests throughout their stay. Working in the vibrant DIFC area, you will be the friendly face that turns everyday interactions into exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest‑focused services, from check‑in assistance to local area recommendations.
• Process operational requests, address guest inquiries promptly, and complete required reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies.
• Move throughout the property, handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
