Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring every stay is memorable. You will lead front‑desk operations, support your team, and embody Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑out efficiently, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
