About the role
The Guest Relations Agent delivers memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai. Acting as a Guest Experience Expert, you will guide guests, respond to requests, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
- Uphold quality standards, ensure professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
