Guest Relations Executive

About the role

As a Guest Relations Executive you will be the first point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries across OliOli® and Hoppi® venues in Dubai. You will work closely with the sales teams to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring a seamless and joyful experience for families.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels with warmth and professionalism.
• Own the full inquiry‑to‑booking journey: follow‑up, quote, and close.
• Maintain daily and weekly conversion and response‑time targets.
• Upsell additional activations, services and packages where appropriate.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, café and other internal teams to ensure accurate availability and smooth handovers.
• Keep the CRM/booking system updated with accurate guest and booking information.
• Escalate complex or high‑value enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Handle reservation amendments, cancellations and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or guest relations.
• Solution‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM or booking management system.
