Guest Relations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join Boo Boo Laand in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a warm, welcoming experience for families and children, ensuring every visitor feels valued and well‑informed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a high‑quality visitor experience.
• Offer information on activities, schedules and venue guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone and via digital channels.
• Assist families throughout their visit, addressing concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Operations and Events teams to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Uphold guest area standards, including safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain accurate guest records and support front‑desk administrative tasks.
• Monitor and manage online guest feedback, preparing reports and insights for service improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, aviation, hotels or family‑focused venues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with capacity to handle feedback and concerns.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
• Friendly, patient and approachable when interacting with children and families.
• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of booking or POS systems is a plus.
• Additional language skills, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
