Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This position will start in September 2026 and offers the chance to work in a world‑class luxury resort, delivering memorable experiences to a diverse international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and seamless support.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate proactively with operational departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently, following up to ensure complete satisfaction and service recovery where required.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to support personalized experiences and build long‑term loyalty.
• Support departmental service and quality objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest‑facing role within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or upscale leisure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.
• Passion for delivering personalized guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
