About the role
The Head of Aftersales leads the aftersales organization, supporting managers across parts, warranty, and technical functions while aligning service and parts strategy with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Support Aftersales Managers together with the Parts Manager, Warranty Manager and Technical Manager to ensure cohesive operations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Vice President to strategically align Service and Parts functions for maximum efficiency.
- Drive achievement of annual net sales and net profit targets through effective revenue growth initiatives.
- Communicate with key account customers and evaluate third‑party service providers, including bodyshops, to maintain high service standards.
- Provide leadership for operational effectiveness, overseeing strategic planning of the service and parts warehouse, and ensuring excellence in service delivery, parts management, and warranty administration.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement actions to enhance the overall aftersales experience.
