Head of Finance – F&B Experience

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing multi‑unit food & beverage and hospitality group in Dubai to appoint a Head of Finance. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will own the complete finance function across a portfolio of venues and play a key role in supporting the company’s expansion phase.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for multiple locations.
• Prepare timely MIS reports and detailed P&L analysis for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and Federal Tax Authority regulations.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives, including F&B costing, recipe costing and margin analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures across the group.
• Support feasibility studies, pre‑opening finance and CAPEX evaluation for new venues.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance experience within a multi‑unit F&B or hospitality organisation.
• Experience in membership‑based operations (fitness, wellness, clubs) is a strong plus.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, FCCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UAE FTA compliance and local tax regulations.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded approach with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
