About the role

The organization is a diversified UAE‑based logistics and supply‑chain company seeking a commercially minded Finance Leader to join its senior leadership team. This confidential appointment will shape business strategy, drive profitability and ensure strong financial governance across an asset‑intensive, operationally complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the senior executive team, supporting strategic planning, growth initiatives and long‑term objectives.
• Lead business‑case development, financial modelling, ROI analysis and scenario planning for new customers, contracts, capital projects, acquisitions and expansions.
• Drive profitability improvement, conduct monthly performance reviews, analyse revenue, margins, utilisation and cost drivers, and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and performance‑reporting frameworks.
• Manage accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, audit and internal controls, ensuring timely IFRS‑compliant financial statements.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with a strategic, commercial mindset.

• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and translate financial insights into measurable business outcomes.
