Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Pricing will lead the consolidation, reporting and pricing strategy for Al Futtaim Financial Services' leasing and lending portfolios. This senior position drives financial insight for both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FP&A activities across the Financial Services division, reviewing budgets and forecasts for all entities.
• Prepare and present the monthly FRM deck, explaining key variances at consolidated and entity levels.
• Develop and maintain financial consolidation processes in partnership with Group Finance.
• Review tender requirements, pricing simulations and contract financials; create standardized pricing calculators for Sales & Operations.
• Govern pricing activities, including margin control, policy enforcement and reduction of turnaround times globally.
• Oversee automated lease‑rate calculators to accelerate deal closures.
• Control system governance, Delegation of Authority and compliance with Group submission deadlines.
• Produce dashboards on wins/losses, revenue and margins; mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• CA/CWA/CMA/MBA with a strong finance background.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Required skills

• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting and tool development.
