Head of HR

About the role

Bybit is building a next‑generation global financial platform and needs a senior HR leader to shape its people strategy as the business scales across markets and product lines. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as a strategic partner to design, scale and future‑proof the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global HR function across all business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Partner with the Founder and senior leadership to translate business strategy into organizational design and talent strategy.
• Design and evolve operating models, structures and governance frameworks for licensed and regulated jurisdictions.
• Drive global hiring, leadership capability building and performance management to support rapid scaling.
• Ensure HR compliance with local regulatory requirements and cultural contexts.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives that enable Bybit’s vision of a fully integrated financial ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global HR functions in fast‑growing, technology‑driven companies.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence C‑level executives.
• Deep understanding of HR governance, compliance and risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track record of building high‑performance, scalable talent architectures.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
