Head of Human Resources

About the role

The organisation, a regional leader in logistics, operations and entertainment, is seeking a Head of Human Resources to steer its people agenda. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic partner, driving talent, culture and HR operational excellence across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on talent management, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR policies, processes and service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and employment legislation.
• Lead succession planning, performance management and career development programmes.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives that support business needs and employee growth.
• Foster a high‑performing, engaged culture.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of HR experience in a senior role, preferably with regional or international exposure.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management, learning & development and HR operations.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compensation, benefits and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and HR projects.
• Experience coaching leaders, managing HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
