Head of International Business – Agro Chemicals

About the role

The Head of International Business will lead the expansion of our client’s agro‑chemicals sales operations across global markets. Reporting to the CMD, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing profit & loss, and positioning the business as a leader in new‑age biologicals and green molecules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the international agro‑chemicals business.
• Lead and motivate regional sales teams to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal functions to optimise operations and service delivery.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the agro‑inputs or chemicals sector.
• Proven track record of leading international sales or business units.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Strong knowledge of global business regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
